Joyce is an experienced multilingual editor and proofreader who has partnered with Ledden Design iT since 2009.

Joyce has edited, proofread, and completed online usability testing for many of Ledden Design iT’s clients including the Chartered Professional Accountants, International Trade Centre (a UN agency), and Scotiabank. Working fluently in English, French, and Spanish, Joyce is also an experienced translator and does language-to-language comparison for a variety of short and long-form documents, materials, and online tools.
