Accessibility

As of January 1, 2012, web accessibility is a legal requirement for government and public sector organizations in Ontario. Starting January 1, 2014, companies with 50+ employees now have to comply (for new websites and new web content). 

In 2009, Ledden Design iT became aware of the critical importance of meeting AODA requirements when working with public sector clients. We researched and implemented changes in our production workflow, where necessary, to create accessible PDFs, and ensuring that all our client PDFs and websites are AODA-compliant. Our intent is to make this site AODA-compliant this fall.
