Best Buy Canada wanted greater employee participation in its Total Rewards Program. Our task was to design a solution that would work across all the materials. Through surveys, we learned that employees were not aware of all the benefits available under the Program.
We created four colourful icons that support the key benefits of the employee experience such as: rewards (financial incentives), opportunity (continued learning), leadership (mentorship programs) and working environment. Employees now know – at a glance – all of their total reward benefits.
