Maple Leaf Foods was amending its pension and employees had to choose between two pension plans. The company wanted to ensure that each of its 3,000 employees understood both options so they could make an informed, effective choice.
We created a campaign called “My Retirement — My Decision” in print and online materials covering “what if” scenarios. We created overview documents for each plan, a comparison guide and toolkit to assist employees in their decision-making.
The campaign was a success, with 84% of the employees submitting their decision by the deadline date.
