I would like to thank you for your professionalism and the quality of your work. Both you and Bill McLean provided us with a wide choice of design options, ingenious graphic solutions and timely material. You displayed a cool and very cooperative composure with tight deadlines that became even tighter towards the end. When faced with higher levels of technical challenges, you presented us with very acceptable alternatives.

Ontario Francophone Affairs & The Ontario Trillium Foundation

We were asked to design, brand, and produce all communications materials for the 2009 profile of the Francophone Community, a report that uses Statistics Canada information to illustrate the vibrancy and vigour of Francophone life in Ontario. All materials had to be in English and French, be ready for a fixed launch ceremony within two months, and reflect the joint project partnership between the Office of Francophone Affairs and the Ontario Trillium Foundation.

On time and on budget, the Ledden team created a complete communications package that included the finished report in print, on USB keys, CD-ROMs, and on a separate website. For the launch we also designed and produced e-invitations, five bookmarks, newspaper ads and multimedia images, all in two languages. During the project we researched how to meet Ontario’s requirement that websites and PDFs be accessible to the visually impaired, and changed our processes to fulfill that mandate.
