Scotiabank required marketing materials to help its sales team target a very specific audience: its agricultural client base. Scotiabank wanted a brochure that would serve as a reference guide and help its associates understand these unique needs.
We asked the client to take us through an average sales call and then an agricultural client sales call. Once we understood the sales call process, we recommended a photographic guide associates could refer to at any step in the customer service process. We created a six-panel folder clearly illustrating the “to-dos” and other useful information. The result: a sales force that feels better equipped to service clients and clients who feel better understood.
Additional communications included creating designs for the cornerstone’s newsletter that would refresh and revitalize an internal communications vehicle and ongoing infographic’s illustrating unlocking enterprise value, as well as the Commercial Banking Annual Report.
This report was designed to enhance visibility of the senior team and increase achievement and provide a 2007 preview. Publications were printed and also produced as a high quality PDF to be distributed electronically.
